2. Examination process: To ensure absolute patient safety, doctors can only provide the most accurate diagnosis and treatment plan after examining you in person at the hospital.
3. Feedback resolution: We value all your feedback and are committed to resolving any issues with sincerity and understanding. Where necessary, Vietnamese law will serve as the basis for protecting the legitimate rights of both parties.
